Pros

Company was a better place to work pre-merger. Good place to start for people with no experience or no formal education. Stay 2 to 3 years max then move on.

Cons

Benefits are average and pay is subpar compared to industry standards. The CEO, Rich Hume, is aloof and condescending. He speaks in lofty platitudes along with the rest of the Executive Management team. Executive Management is highly reactive, not proactive. They equivocate on every topic to the point of being pathologically deceitful. The CCE, Jay Snyder, is an uncouth rustic individual that runs his division like a medieval fiefdom. He manages and controls everything including the smallest details that should be delegated to lower management. It’s very strange to see an intolerant individual like this in an organization that prides itself in diversity and inclusion. Also, top sales producers are negatively impacted by TD Synnex changing its sales commission structure making it more difficult for sales to meet goals. Eddie Franklin, COO, had nothing to say about this cut in pay! Less pay for employees and more profits for the Executive team, Board of Directors, and shareholders.

Pros

Annual raises based on performance and opportunities to move up within the company.

Cons

High workload for nearly every employee. Company really fosters a "work first, personal life second" mentality. Mixed messaging from HR and the exec team on sensitive topics. Never been more stressed in my life than at this company.

Pros

Work from home, a lot of PTO, vendor events provide additional money and can be fun, it's a job, pretty flexible with personal needs.

Cons

low pay, more tasks continue to be added to plate but when asked for a pay increase to offset additional tasks we are told no, high-stress environment, mandated OT, big push to get people back into the office when we are more productive from home, lack of job security due to merger, expected to know how to do thing you were never trained on, people get promoted into management based on likeability not ability to lead, lack of leadership and guidance.
