Limited funding due to budget constraints so numerous techs don’t have the tools they need to get the job done effectively and efficiently. Contently being stuck in the middle of the Sales, Dispatch, Management, customer circle which has everyone mad at you. Little to no follow on training if there is it’s very rare and sparatic. Company finds its principal on being a divisive and inclusive company which isn’t fully true. Looking around the tech room it’s whiter than a sheet of paper. Company makes it hard to have a life outside of work due to its demands and expectations. Management doesn’t have your back. Customers have already gotten the run around and are pissed because they couldn’t understand the CSRs from over seas. Really Low pay that doesn’t support living wage within market. A lot of techs are living with each other so they can afford to live
