Pros

For the most part, you'll meet a lot of cool people, including team leaders and your fellow agents; pretty awesome amenities and a big lunch cafeteria for you to relax during breaks and on lunch.

Cons

There's a bit too much favoritism happening; be wary of management trying to get rid of you from out of the blue. It can also feel as though no one's really there to help you to perform better.

Pros

They genuinely want to help you grow as an individual. They understand, you may move on to another job, or may choose to make a career out of the call center... and this is fine. They still build you up, for whatever your next step is.

Cons

It's actually not a con, at all. However, if you are not able to be flexible with your availability, you may want to consult leadership before you decide to become part of Telus International.
