One of the best places I worked. Great mentors and support system. Great pay and benefits. Enjoyed working from home. Great shifts as well.

Cons

Irate customers. Late night shifts were difficult (when I couldn't trade them)

Thorough training, overtime, several trainings to improve agent skills, in upselling, customer satisfaction guaranteed. Great flexibility, and the time to help customer not matter how long it took. Bonuses.

Cons

No room for growth(promotion wise). schedules changed every 30 days, guidelines and rules were implemented, but not enforced. Too much partiality.
