Pros

TELUS is a great company to work for. There are a lot of benefits with lots of services available to their employees. They even provide tons of opportunities for the employee to grow.

Cons

Your support team is not always the best. There are lots of false promises made with little movement. It is not as easy to move into head office unless you know some powerful people with enough pull. There also seems to be a lot of corporate politics, just like any large organization. TELUS always tries their best making it seem like if you follow through with their available opportunities that you would move up, but that is not always the case. Their benefits are the best in the Canadian telecommunications industry with the best pay.

It's a great place to work with a high salary compare to big 3. They value you with continue training.

Cons

It's a customer service so it come with a lot of frustrated client. Had 5 different team manager in 2 years of work.
