      good pay, good bonuses, lots of tech, lots of opportunities for growth, strong culture, many opportunities to work in different cities in Canada

      engagement dependent on management, low value on loyalty for sales, etraining involves little actual learning

      great culture. focused on team engagement. flexibility in schedule. customer first. ownership program. fair process for evaluation and communication. Highly recommended!

      less focus on employee's training and development especially high demanding roles. not 100% satisfied with pay. too many internal systems to integrate for the product launch
