      Pros

      Most leaders encourage a work life balance and hours are reasonable. Pay is fair, if slightly below high end.

      Cons

      Bonus system is poorly explained which created false expectations. Pay increases are dependent on other employee's being in 'range or not'. Minimal pay increases for internal promotions so make sure you negotiate hard coming in

      Worked my way up the ladder and made good money but the shift work was not worth it in the end

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are very good - especially as you put in the time. Senior management is very positive and encouraging and the corporate culture is very generous.

      Cons

      Shift work is always very hard on work-life balance. Being in a call centre where you work rotational shifts means you could work 6am-2pm one week and 3pm-11pm the next and a lot of weekends. It makes it very hard to have any outside commitments
