This is a forewarning for anyone interested in working here. You will not be trained. There will be no real in depth training or explanations for anything you only have the guidelines which aren’t helpful for the amount of different types of tasks they throw at you. Then they’ll force you to take assessments with no room for error and no extra training or guidelines to help you pass them they will fire you whether you pass or fail these exams. From the forums to my own experience this has left a horrible taste in my mouth when it comes to this company and I’m here to warn you it’s not worth the stress and headache. They don’t respond to emails and will leave you hanging with no pay for weeks after the assessments to eventually terminate you. Remember they are about numbers, not their employees.

If you're a driven worker who is constantly trying to growth and expand their skill sets, this is not the company for you. You will be put into a box that you cannot break out of despite consistently asking for more and more responsibilties. Pay is significantly less other similar positions at other companies, you can hope to get a maximum of a 3% raise per year. No bonuses or incentive to perform well.
