Great way to meet people Teams are very inclusive and value diversity Management is usually attentive to employee needs Potential to get promoted to other roles quite quickly

Cons

Sick leave is unpaid (or barely - if you are sick 2 days you get half a day paid by company but still lose the rest of the money) Weekend shifts/early shifts/late shifts Salary is low compared to other companies PTO is very hard to book depending on teams availability
