Managers conduct weekly one-on-ones in order to receive feedback from each employee on his/her workload, training opportunities available, and to assist the team in the best way possible. If a manager is not providing feedback, it’s important for the employee to use the in-house reporting features to communicate the lack of work.

We are open to recommendations from our employees on how to improve the resources provided to our employees, and ask that you share them by using the suggestion box on-site, or by emailing an HR Representative. Career ladder promotions are at the discretion of Program Directors and their respective budgets; we recommend reaching out to your manager for more information. Employees also have the opportunity to interview for and be promoted when a new position is created and posted; all employees receive notification of the new opportunities via company emails. If you are not receiving new position emails, please reach out to IT for further assistance or refer to the policy, as outlined in the HR Manual.
