Relaxed environment, family centered company. Growing in the Medicare industry. Upper management has worked together for a number of years.

Cons

Still has the feel of a start up company. Infastructure is still trying to get established, particularly in the IT area.

As you mentioned, TMF is actively seeking to improve its IT infrastructure while also increasing the number of employees available to assist with the growth of the company. While this can sometimes have echoes of being a start-up company, we are well-established within our sector. The growth and development of our IT department is ongoing, and we anticipate that our employee growth in IT and Security will only improve our reputation in the healthcare industry and enhance the user experience for our employees.
