New employees typically have one week of training done at the headquarters location in Austin that focuses on policies, procedures, and IT, while the remainder of the week is one-on-one with team members and/or the hiring manager. After the initial first week of training, TMF considers the first 90 days of employment to be a training period. If an employee sees the need for additional training, we recommend communicating that feedback to the supervisor.
