8yThank you for your feedback and acknowledgement of our generous fringe benefits! We value our employees and strive to implement changes frequently at the recommendation of our employees and Board of Directors. Many of the benefits you mentioned were also the result of our biannual employee engagement survey.
We hope that the growing pains of which you speak have improved over the six months with the growth our IT department and Information Security department.

9yThanks for the positive feedback! We are proud of our open door policy. Within the last four months, we have hired both a Chief Information Security Officer and a Chief Information Officer. System issues have been resolved in the last three weeks and further preventative maintenance will be done to prevent these issues in the future.
