My first job, Training was fantastic, the job itself was beyond boring.

Pros

The training is easy, fun, and a time waster. You learn the essentials in more than what feels half the time you are actually "training" the other time involves you wasting time by either taking longer free breaks, or just enjoying yourself resting back or playing board games.

Cons

The job itself taking calls is tedious and repetitive and you most of the time are not trained on everything you need to know, the supervisors that "help" you are generally useless and do not know a real answer to hard problems and tell you to go "look it up" in their index which also most of the time doesn't have the answer.

pretty liberal company. Zero tolerance on choosing cursing, gossiping or being malicious or disrespectful to others Good Bonuses.. Those actions will get you Walked out the door. No cellc phones allowed on the floor, thankfully. refrgerators cleaned every Sunday. YAY.

Cons

Pay, expectations, insurance. The most important is the wages.

Cons

They feel everybody is expendable and will change information on with without notice, even if pertain directly to you.
