      Good Company to work for if you can overlook the Nepotism and Political Bureaucracy. Good atmosphere to work in otherwis

      Pros

      Never an issue with pay, Customer focused mostly, even with the number of techs on the phones not a noisy atmosphere. Good proven managers in most cases.

      Cons

      Hired for one job and given another, with an excuse of downsized hiring, no need for the position you were hired for.

      Pros

      If you work for the Sharepoint or Office 365 accounts, it's a great place to get entry level experience. Met a ton of great people there. Depending on the time of the year and how many people are employed there, there's a good chance you'll have a selection of schedules. They do their best to work around outside life (kids, school, etc).

      Cons

      For the first year, you get no paid time off. Raises are an embarrassing 50 cents/yr. Environment in and around the offices are not very professional. This place has very little to no employee loyalty benefits.
