Pros

The people you'll worth with are, usually, pretty awesome. I had maybe one person the whole time I was there that I didn't like. Everyone else was wonderful to work with.

Cons

Benefits are pretty bad. No paid vacation for a year, no sick leave (ever), and 401(k) contribution is pretty bad. Health insurance will be revamped soon to meet ACA standards, but for the time being is really not a benefit. Schedules will flip on you with no notice. Being a third-party also means you're largely at the will of the client.

Pros

The pay was decent for students or people without children. $10/hr

Cons

They are so unorganized. I put in my two weeks and they have me in their system as a no call no show.

Pros

Honestly, can't think of a single one.

Cons

The place is a call center, obviously hundreds of personalities surrounding you generates drama, It's what call centers are known for. The drama didn't bother me much as I keep to myself an work without concern of who is dating who or what happened to who the night before. BUT, when you come in 1st place in the call center for 7 consecutive months (not exaggerating, quite literally) and consistently applying to advance, you think you would get looked at. But instead the people that where there for 3-4 months, ranking in the 50's even 100's where getting the positions. The place is all about who is friends with who and hard work and professionalism is not valued at all. If you don't care to work hard to advance and have a very out-going personality, stuck up and have a big head all while enjoying talking down on other employees. You can quickly advance here. If not, expected to be treated like crap, and talked down to by your superiors for your hard work, just because you're not their best friend.
