Cons

Back biting and politics Low pay across the board may not be able to move to your area expertise quickly most position that come open are for supervisors that leave or are recently fired.

Pros

You'll be exposed to a few big names in the US market, and you'll get to work for some of them. Job paid well. BPO, so lots of opportunities for going up the corporate ladder.

Cons

Terrible integrity issues. "Palakasan" system. Shuttle service sucks, and it sucks worse if you have to work from Octagon then Shaw. The walk is tiring. You can be assigned any shift, but the shuttle has strict schedule.
