Pros

Fortunately in the change over we got to keep a lot of our policies, though some were temporary to keep us from uprising. But they're gradually tightening the leash. The pay is good. Most of the supervisors are good. Also, that first review is by management. Lol very obvious.

Cons

You're only allowed to request 2 non paid days off a month if you don't have PTO which is bull. If you're new? Say good bye to your summer. Because of this a lot of people have attendance issues. They can't get the day off, so they have to call in. Sounds like a set up right? They're very money oriented, meaning if you're not making them money, you're costing them money and they will let you know. The insurance is atrocious. When it was sprint the insurance was affordable and had great coverage. The insurance they have now will eat up most of your check and it doesn't cover much. As of recently Whether or not you get a bonus in part, is based not on how well YOU do, but how the customer feels about sprint. If you're unlucky enough to get customers with tower issues? Say good bye to your bonus.
