Pros

only thing was their fast hiring and decent hourly pay.

Cons

horrible management, structure and polices. BofA has right to fire agents if their weird instructions aren't met and TP can't deny their request. Start eliminating process during 3rd week of taking calls.

1. Work from home after 3 months

Cons

1. Very poor Managers and they cut holidays. 2. No support from managers on your hard days 3. They find means to cut your wages when possible.
