Pros

Work from home is the best kind of work. You get to have work/life balance. There's intensive training prior to production. I love that the trainers are very helpful and overall liking the job.

Cons

The onboarding system needs some improvement because the new hires seemed to have several common problems in the beginning. Better communication and flow of hiring and training departments.

Pros

Very helpful trainers and management during training, will actually listen to you and take action. Super Friendly and helpful. The benefits packages are good. Looking forward for a long career with this company who values their employees.

Cons

IT dept/helpdesk overseas encountered language barriers, very difficult to understand the IT support team and they even hanged up on me several times. Received multiple emails about the same thing -eq and tech check even after responding to the emails multiple times.

Most unprofessional hiring experience in my LIFE and that's saying a lot since I am 61.

Cons

Was recruited by a third party recruiting firm. An employment offer was made and accepted. Did all the onboarding paperwork completed the the background check successfully and my insurance license is current. They send emails 2 weeks before the start date to confirm address to send my computer. Week before the start date nothing I reach out I get and email from Teleperformance saying the client has withdrawn the offer. I guess they were planning on ghosting me Was this was a case of a recruiter just trying to make his numbers for the month and did not have the real authority to make an offer ? Stay away if you an an adult with bills to pay.
