Salaries are somewhat alright, compared to other salaries in the market, but not nearly enough for the worklaod

Cons

No appreciation No communication No path for career development as they claim Over-working the employees Money is the most important aspect, doesn't matter what they're putting their employees through as long as there is someone to receive calls
