One of the best companies I've worked with in identifying and utilizing employee skills to find the position best suited for the employee.

Cons

My only complaint is that since I changed departments so quickly after being hired initially, my benefits were overlooked and now I must wait until November to get my medical, dental, etc. But the job is great and I'm very happy to be here.

Pros

Teleperformance is a great company to get your foot in the door with IT. I have seen several people start with the company and then leave to further their career.

Cons

Too many bosses! There are too many people that think they are a boss that stick their noses where they don't belong. The manager of the Desktop team had no management experience and poor communication skills and should never have become a manager!
