Pros

Can't think of anything nice to say about this company. I was hired and couldn't get out of there fast enough

Cons

Unethical management practices. Most call center employees are bottom of the barrel type. There are always legal action being taken by former employees due to not getting payed for time worked.

Pros

You are paid to train with this company for the first 6 weeks. I would recommend using this time to apply elsewhere.

Cons

You are under constant stress of maintaining a short calltime with the expectation of fixing every issue. The management do not care if you are improving, only if you are in the metrics they need. You will see new people everyday as turnover is very bad.
