Pros

The only good thing that I can think of about working there is you will find alot of really nice people to work with.

Cons

You can never get a straight answer when it comes to questions about escalated customer issues, its a different answer depending on who you ask. The supervoisory staff do not know the job content as well as they should. You are at the mercy of one person to escalate all your issues to and depending on if that person shows up to work and they are in a good mood will you get an answer that makes any sense whatsoever.

Pros

Leadership with depth and broad knowledge of the industry. Creative and viable solutions to offer a prospect that would enable you to secure new business. Strong leadership in middle to senior management at outsourcing centers. Respected process for upward mobility amongst call center agents.

Cons

Sales cycle can be lengthy and the prospects need to see value versus cost. Some industries are concern about security overseas and are naive about safety and Service Level Agreements that safeguard their deliverables.

Pros

- Lots of OT opportunities. - Not nearly as bad as some of the other TP projects. - Nice work environment, it's a really good building unlike Westbelt. - The pay is OK. - Co-Workers are really nice and cool people.

Cons

- Insurance is awful. - The systems used to work on are very poor. You'll get yelled at by customers because the systems and policies are so bad and there's not much you can do. - The mandatory OT can get pretty annoying, especially since much of the high call volume is caused by a very poorly maintained AnnTaylor.com website. - Many of the people promoted to supervisor or Fulfillment Team seem very suspect. I'm not saying I would have been the best supervisor but I had been there 1 year since the project launched and was passed over by someone who was just hired 2-3 weeks ago. I told my boss I can understand if you didn't want to promote me, but to promote someone who just got hired was stupid. He ended up getting fired less than a month later, meanwhile I'm still here (for now).
