Nice for a start to live abroad - that's it
Pros
Relocation package, cheap accommodation, refund of flight expenses after 10 month, multilanguage environment, equal opportunity policy in place for agents. The job is easy if you have customer experience and stress is moderate. Company has values as a guideline. The true miracle is the company actually works with a total chaotic organisation.
Cons
Chaotic organisation as cultural related to Portugal. Staff is mainly Portuguese and although not officially told, Portuguese fluency is a requirement for staff positions. Career opportunities are therefore limited to Portuguese native speakers. With the chaotic organisation it is a true wonder that the company stays in business. Important factors are neglected and unimportant are valued, just like children do. Working rules are almost not enforced. Everybody does what he likes to do (this is a Pro too), and nobody really cares. This is a Kindergarten-Company.
