Work from home full time and equipment provided.

Cons

Takes a while for PTO/Day Off Requests to get approved - Pay could be better - Supervisors some AWESOME - some not so awesome ---- if you get a great one (like I have) then you are set.

Pros

Teleperformance has given me a lot of exposure and growth, especially in customer experience and communication skills. Working here has helped me become more confident in handling different customer situations, problem-solving, and working under pressure. I also appreciate the diversity of people and the opportunities to learn through training and employee engagement activities. If you are willing to learn and adapt, there is room to grow and gain valuable experience.

Cons

Like any customer support environment, some days can be intense and fast-paced. There are periods with high workloads, and meeting targets can sometimes feel demanding. Work-life balance can also be challenging depending on schedules and operational needs.
