Pros

It's a decent temporary job to make money working from home, but I wouldn't stay there forever.

Cons

Many Tier 2 and Supervisor's aren't very nice. I feel as though most of them appear to have that "know it all" mentality. Everything is communicated via Chat. In my opinion, things that should be communicated to you privately are put in the chat (where every coworker or anyone in the chat) can see it. It's very embarrassing.

You can sit and keep the PC on and get a pay check every 15 days ,

Cons

The company is a joke , none of the systems work, training is sitting listening to 20 people play on the mic reading info that has nothing to do with the job itself .. Most of the workers except the job because they don't want to get A REAL JOB .. The advocates pretend their mic does not work or computer does not work and this horrible company still pays them .. this place has to be a tax write off for some big wig from Paris ... TP lies to all the UHC members daily and your actual training is via TEAMS while lying to a member on a LIVE call .. this job= RUN FAST .. WORST LOW PAYING JOB I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE ... I QUIT ASAP
