Management Didn't Have Time for Employees! It Was Awful!

Pros

There were good reasons I joined this organization. Soon, things changed for the worst, and nothing was as I expected!

Cons

THE MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE. They were too busy doing their own thing and didn't care about employees. MOST EMPLOYEES WERE STRESSED AND EXHAUSTED FROM WORKING BRUTAL HOURS AND TRYING TO MEET INSANE EXPECTATIONS. IT WAS LEADING TO HIGH BURNOUT AND EMPLOYEE TURNOVER RATIO. Still, the management didn't care. It was awful. BEWARE!

Upper Management Prefers More Work and Less Pay

Pros

The co-workers were good people. They helped me to understand everything initially and allowed me to adjust seamlessly from the start.

Cons

The upper management believes in the policy of more work for less pay. They pushed everyone so hard that we were all about to be completely exhausted every day.

Remote work is a plus, but management is lacking

Pros

Remote position and weekends off.

Cons

Poor management and they are never available when you need them, low pay and poor work life balance. You only get ten minute breaks in between back to back calls which is unreal. Redundant work flow.
