Work environment is fair but very noisy since you are crammed in next to each other with everyone on the phone. Benefits offered are good for the price.

Cons

Poor quality leads. Licensing in enough states is required to get sufficient leads to make the quota they expect. They seem to withhold the best states to those they like and control the flow of leads to those individuals as well. They control the leads you get and therefore the opportunity to even make a sale.Many people think it is a grea place to work until they have been there a few months and see what is going on. Favorites get the most licensing and the new quality leads. They do well while everyone else gets the left over crap.
