Me and several of my colleagues were the best MA sellers TZ had to offer they tried to switch us to a Supp account thinking we could provide the same service after a month of not being able to sell the way we sold on the MA account the fired all of us

The management sucks. I worked at TZ Insurance for five years and I was bullied the whole time. I went to HR and they did nothing about it. Mangers called me names behind my back. They told me I wasnt good enough. Looking back, I should have sued them for defamation of character.

-Fun and laid back work environment

Cons

-Company benefits are a joke for a corporation of its size. No 401k match and health insurance is pathetic, especially considering the company's clients include major insurance carriers. I would describe it as a decent stepping stone company but not a place you would want to set down long-term roots.
