Pros are that they have a flexible schedule with core hours that are required to work.

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE- they will fire you for not making 40 hours a week- if you have no PTO/Sick leave to cover the missing time. They monitor EVERYTHING you do- all your key strokes as well as watch your calls and video meetings. They reprimand you for the dumbest things like talkin about personal life while working your assigned job.
