Good for in between jobs.

Cons

No growth. Had to actually beg for raises. And when they did come someone who was there for les time and is less productive can get more than you. Company also had a Data breach where over 150,000 Names and Social Security numbers where compromised. This happened a year after I worked for them but I was still affected. So even after not being an employee for over a year they still had all of my personal information. Also no real benefits outside of a paycheck.
