No company values. High turnover internally. Everyone talks about everyone, especially leadership. Do not promote within. They change expectations every month. Poor management.

Where do I begin? The salaries are barely livable as well as employees are not valued but rather, more of a revolving door of unhappy recruiters. The commission structure offered to recruiters is laughably small and not competitive with any other staffing agency. They want to re-brand so badly as a recruiting firm, but its a staffing agency through and through. They do not always offer raises when you are promoted ( I know of a few employees who moved up into more advanced roles however did not get a salary increase until their ANNUAL raise that everyone gets) The pay is also weirdly done- they hugely discourage salary transparency (red flag). Management is toxic by definition, using intimidation tactics masking them as a "family" culture. There is not a lot of growth opportunity internally and the performance is not judged equitably. TRC loves to boast a strong and positive culture internally, however, since leaving, I have only heard poor sentiment from other previous employees and clients.
