Pros

Good opportunity, if your a college student looking for a short temporary assignment

Cons

The company doesn't have a large availability of assignments for clients. Once you complete an assignment, sometimes it's weeks before you get another one, if you seek an alternative route.

Honest and Transparent

Pros

Management is Honest. They care. This trickles down to the recruiters and it just creates an environment that is a win-win for everybody. Candidates and job applicants get a "no- bs" experience, and the recruiters feel like they genuinely help people out.

Cons

Office is a little small, but growing. Also a lot of programs that have some redundancies make it a little inefficient. Maybe refine the process more.
