While I worked with TRC, I was one of the high ranking recruiters, and yet my branch treated me like crap they not only told me my life would be “happier with a boyfriend“ (they also after I left) gave out my personal identifiable information, which is it illegal to do. they will run a background check on you when your background check form is out of date, they don’t care about compliance and almost never make their recruiters and or other employees give/take compliance training. They don’t treat candidates well, and laugh about them behind their backs, and all you are is another dollar to them. And when you report things to HR,HR doesn’t do anything because there they are too. “protect the company“ and not the employees. They will tell you that on calls. They regularly pay below what life standard should be, and your “commission” is what you have to live off of and they push you and push you for that
