Pros

Good medical and dental benefits, 401k is decent. Claim to have tuition reimbursement but I couldn’t get it. Fantastic people in some areas of the business.

Cons

The organization and leadership has done a terrible job at fostering and growing the culture through the rapid change since the investment company. Trimedx mission and vision changed to more financial driven and with that all the focus on the people was lost. It has become a turn and burn, they will use you up and take every last ounce of spirit you have left until there is no more to give. Leadership is incompetent at best, many promotions of people that are not deserved. Trimedx is a company of who you know, not what you know. It’s not a highly moral organization. They claim massive growth, but that is a lie. Majority of the jobs posted today are from turn over, my whole team left And every position is on there. Senior leadership is self serving and never seen. It’s uncertain what they do besides destroy the very core of what Trimedx is. Revenue and budget focus is main concern, no longer care about employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The last few years has brought rapid growth and change for us an organization. There have been bumps in the road to growth that have made us stronger as an organization. We’ve launched continuous improvement efforts that have had a daily impact on improving the speed and quality of work for associates across the organization, as well as driving improvements to support our clients. Change and challenges have helped us build a resilient team that is focused on innovation and excellence. While TRIMEDX does pay attention to the financial aspect of our business, as any responsible business does, our main priority is patient care and safety. People are at the center of everything we do at TRIMEDX and we're proud to be ranked as a Top Performing organization from an associate engagement perspective. We take any comments regarding discriminatory practices seriously. We are committed to high standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. This includes our associates. We encourage and expect associates to utilize the reporting methods available to them: • Speak with your immediate manager • Reach out to a member of Human Resources • Speak with a member of leadership, including the CEO, Henry Hummel. • File a report via the Integrity Hotline

Pros

Great working environment, family comes first, flexible work hours, certain positions have ability to work from home. Executives care about people. Mission, vision, and values are lived out; not just words on paper!

Cons

Working at corporate office is great but it would be nice to have all associates in one building instead of two.

Pros

PTO, medical and dental great.

Cons

The transformation of TRIMEDX since the inception of TowerBrook and Henry Hummel is nothing short of tragic. The company is unrecognizable. The lefthard does not know what the right is doing. Human Resources has left in the masses leaving no one! Look at the job postings and you’ll see all the jobs. This isn’t growth! This is filling existing positions where the predecessors jumped ship! IT has become “Little Kohl’s” as the leadership team has been recruited by non other than the CIO, who came from Kohl’s. If you aren’t an ex Kohl’s employee or work for one of the Ex Kohl’s leadership there is no hope for growth. Clear favoritism and old boys club. TRIMEDX didn’t have an old boys club in IT until The CIO brought his boys with him. Majority of leadership was recruited out of state and live and work remotely. Seldom see their faces, just periodical emails and the visit once a month. So much for supporting the local workforce. The environment is dull, dingy and depressing. The turnover is not shocking but the numbers are. To save money not all positions are refilled, additional work and responsibilities are placed on remaining employees. This is what a company meltdown looks like.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. The last few years has brought tremendous growth and change for us an organization. Change isn’t always easy, but we work in a fast-paced industry that requires creative forward-thinking. Our voluntary turnover rates have decreased significantly year over year and fall within industry standards at this time, but we continue to strive to find the best talent in the industry and support them in career growth at TRIMEDX. We take seriously any comments regarding discriminatory practices. We are committed to high standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. This includes our associates. People are at the center of everything we do at TRIMEDX. We encourage and expect associates to utilize the reporting methods available to them: • Speak with your immediate manager • Reach out to a member of Human Resources • Speak with a member of leadership, including our CEO, Henry Hummel. Henry has an open door policy. • File a report via the Integrity Hotline (this option allows you to remain anonymous)
