Great amount of PTO, if you’re able to take it. Benefits are low priced and good.

As other reviews have already stated, I concur TriMedx is a boy’s club where sexism as well as harassment are allowed to run rampant. Management gets away with doing whatever they want (which often times is nothing at all). Incompetency is rewarded far more than actual skills and successes - the saying is “if you’re bad at your job, pick a new job you want and you can have it”. Work life balance is nonexistent, as well as any form of process whatsoever. If you like chaos and stress, this is the place for you. If not, look elsewhere. Leaving this job not only helped my mental well being but my physical as well.

We appreciate your feedback and yes, there are some themes in the feedback that we’re receiving on Glassdoor. We have active efforts to diversify our workplace. Recently we promoted 3 females into Vice President level roles. We are committed to following the law and recently instituted a confidential hotline that associates can use to report any ethical concerns they have when they don’t feel comfortable reporting it to leadership. There is a lot of change and we are in growth mode – we view this as an exciting evolution point in the organization. We are sorry that this was not the kind of experience you were hoping for. I can't say it any better than some of these other reviews. There is definitely a "good old boys club" when it comes to upper management - incompetents are given director titles and harassment is swept under the rug. Benefits got progressively worse, although I'd imagine that's partly due to new healthcare laws that passed. Still, wages were not at all competitive. Coworkers left for other companies and got raises in the tens of thousands for an equivalent role.
