Pros

Used to be a great company with a awesome culture. We were like family. Benefits are good. Company is growing, but don't let that fool you...

Cons

Started going downhill once TowerBrook came onboard. The company success "starts with it's people"....not anymore. It is all about money. Budgets are cut so thin that we no longer have a sustainable competitive advantage in the market. What set's TRIMEDX apart? Well, it used to be it's training capabilities. Now, field leaders don't have anything in the budget to do this. What happened? Furthermore, if you look at the corporate office there has been a mass exit of people who have been there for a long time. The leadership team continues to do a "re-alignment" and keeps changing processes that were working before. At the end of the day, what people need to realize is that this company doesn't care about it's people anymore. All this is for now...is for the executives to get their payout once TowerBrook is gone and they all leave. Every executive is gone since TB go there. It is only a matter of time until the current executive team is gone too. Perhaps it'll get better then.

Pros

Good benefits and great work/life balance - best balance of anywhere I've worked New executive team is trying hard to drive change - I believe in the right direction Rollout of business strategy was good - would like to see more communications on the direction Culture is changing (for the better) - it's good to see the transition to drive and reward innovation and excellence. Starting to see people taking personal accountability

Cons

Many unnecessary silos in the company at CO - causes unnecessary friction and delays - they are only there from legacy structure and need to be torn down - often has to do with the people in mid-management roles The culture change creates some unrest within the teams and especially people that have been at the company a long time

Pros

When I was at TriMedx, the benefits were very inexpensive due to the Ascension ownership. The company did a good job of keeping the benefits low, and even began expanding voluntary benefits.

Cons

Executive Leadership is a revolving door and has been for the past 4 years. Those who remain seem to simply be waiting it out for their golden parachute. Legal is a joke; everything is outsourced. Finance Exec's seem like they may have taken math as a pass/fail option in college, causing billing issues for some of the largest customers, and the unknown about the investment company (Tower Brooks) on whether or not they're going to spin the company off in the near future.
