Cons
Well below market pay and virtually non-existent bonus for the 60 hr normal weeks. Everyone in the decision making seats are hired from outside of the healthcare industry without any knowledge of how hospitals function (>65%). Little chance of being promoted if you're doing well in your position. Favoritism for corporate employees. Metric based performance evaluation (all about whether you hit the numbers no matter how you get there). Company decides to bring on new accounts without assessing the state of current accounts
