Pay at corporate is laughably low compared to others in the area. IT systems are way behind where they should be for the growth of the company so it creates more work and hours for all employees. It is a good old boys club with incompetent men getting moved from high level position to high level position, never punished for doing nothing. More and more incompetent men get added to that club each year. Only a couple of women in leadership roles. Constant politicking between the Operations team and the CFO creates uncomfortable situations for those caught in the middle. Don't expect hard work to get you promoted unless you have the right anatomical parts.

Poor company culture, poor management, poor communication, lack of vision, favoritism, double standards, high turn overs . My direct manager had zero people and management skills, she talked to me as if I was her 5 year old stepson, she has a very poor attitude, has no clue on how to motivate people, and has an obvious dislike to working with men. Our EVP enjoyed setting in his office and watching people coming and leaving work, he never engaged in a conversation with us as he thought we're way below him, he only pays attention to good looking females, has no leadership or management skills to speak of, and creates bottlenecks for the entire organization!
