I worked there for right at two years and I never received the training I was promised and told I needed. I came in as a "green" technician and was instantly thrown into an area that was equal to the work of 4 techs ( based in the directors explanation of worker:work load ratios.
I would share issues that I had in my work environment (air-quality, safety, patient safety, PHI breeches, uncleanliness, lack of compliance with preocesses, etc.) And they would go absolutely no where. I was made to feel like a problem when trying to address issues that I would find.
Then more and more we started having issues with work queue overload, constant changes from upper management without knowledge of actual everyday occurrences and operations- The list goes on and on.
Somewhat easy to get in the door, but nearly impossible to receive the training necessary.
Trimedx takes no responsibility for anything bad that happens or may happen, but will tell you that they are a "safety net" for you- Don't trust them.
I loved my job, but I hated the way trimedx "leadership" handled everything. If you are money driven, this is the place for you.. if you are more concerned with the quality and ethical soundness of your job and choices- look elsewhere.
