not a place for serious machinist

Pros

little to no real oversite. many of the people in charge have any clue what gets down or by who. easy to get lost in the cracks and milk for an easy pay check.

Cons

to many people milking the company for a pay check or until they retire, i over heard one of the owners say out loud he wished he had a bulldozer so he could demolish the plant.

Pros

Many years in business. Family owned. Some room for growth. Good benefits package (but expensive), good 401(k) plan. We are treated with respect. It's pretty professional.

Cons

Communication from management needs to improve. Sometimes we get 2 different answers from 2 different managers.
