Pros

It's rare to find a family-owned company (which is also successful) in our area. TSE employees are part of the family which really makes a difference in our day to day motivation. When you are treated well (which I was), it makes you want to stay with that employer.

Cons

PTO plan is NOT good. 3 days of PTO after 6 months of employment.

What I thought were pros (smaller company, easier to get to know people and be a part of the culture) turned out not to be the reality.

Cons

Quite simply, they are dishonest. I did all I could to make the most of this opportunity, and I did the job well, but was ultimately fired for (I can only guess) a mistake that had been addressed and corrected, and for which I had already been disciplined. When I pressed for a valid reason, they lied, rendering the whole time I was there null and void as far as work experience and my resume go.
