Thanks for taking the time to provide us with a very concise review of your time spent with us. We're certainly sorry to lose any one of our #TSProckstars — there are issues in your brief review that, given the anonymity, we're unable to address whatsoever. However, you highlight an important issue that we consistently reiterate to everyone — we strongly encourage everyone to have conversations with their managers, or if their managers are unavailable, then they are more than welcome to contact Talent Management — one of our core beliefs is that real conversations are welcomed here, the good and the bad. We wish you luck in your future pursuits — thanks for your time with us!

Pros

They check up on you regularly, they negotiated my pay with my employer to get my more money than the job posting provided, friendly

Cons

None that come to mind right now. I had a little trouble getting some information in the beginning, but it wasn't a huge deal and got resolved after not too much longer.

Thanks for providing us and the Glassdoor community your thoughts and feedback on your time with us so far! Our product is our people, and we'll do everything in our power to ensure that we're doing all we can for you — including negotiating rates. We're not always going to be successful in getting those bumps in client bill rates, but we'll always try. Thanks for being one of our #TSProckstars — welcome to the family!

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your candid and brief feedback. We try our absolute best to be as competitive as possible with our pay and compensation, but there are times in which the pay is dictated by client bill rates — but again, we try our hardest to advocate for the best possible solution for both employee and client. On the flip side of that coin are a number of other aspects that our employees love — the benefits and 401K our Seeds to Leads program, our free training and certifications via Rockstar U, and especially the flexibility. Furthermore, to counter any pay discrepancies , several years ago we put into place a system to notify our management team of an employee who has not had a pay increase in the previous year. As a direct result, the number of employee change forms being submitted and approved last year with just under $1M in merit increases being awarded to our deserving employees. Thanks again for taking the time to provide us and the Glassdoor community with your feedback.
