It is nice being able to work from home.

Cons

They expect ALOT of work for a little pay. I did not think it was worth it in the long run. Training is rushed so you are thrown in without all the knowledge you need to succeed. HR was hard to get ahold of when issues arose. Management was spotty, and generally unhelpful. "Figure it out."

good and complete training and decent office

Cons

Company is paid a flat rate per employee and is incentivized to pay much less than promised. 80K was the "average"stated. reality is 40k and maybe if lucky 50k
