      At home, actual job is not very difficult

      Cons

      3 team leads, six shift changes in less than 3 months. Repeatedly told of availability, keep getting asked to work weekends.

      the pay checks are very poor but legit. hired as permanent part time. training was decent. That's all I can think of

      Bait and switch bordering on fraud. Hired for chat only position. Once into production turned into voice/chat position. They care more about voice than chat.Not honoring their own offer letter. Minimum wage. They change your schedule on a whim and don't tell you resulting in ncns, even in the middle of your shift. Most stressful position I've ever had. No planning on a day off without finding your own coverage. People in the hospital looking for shift coverage. Worst company I've ever worked for.You have to have your own back because no one there has it for you.
