I have been to many centers for the past 8 years but honestly, Ttec is the only company I can provide great feedback!

Cons

Due to changes in Philippines Tax laws, the basic pay remained stagnant which should not be the case.

TELETECH has opened many opportunities for me and I grew with the company. Our company provides essential learning tools to become effective and efficient at work, as well as in triumphing over challenges. I have the best mentors and I am working with competitive but enjoyable people. To be specific, I never had a salary dispute and the benefits together with the affiliated companies make it great!
