So many pros though sadly salary not one, but the others outweigh that for now. Diverse, understanding, accepting, willing to listen and adapt to changes from employees.. This could go on

Not the greatest money, but I love what I do, and somehow make it work

Pros

The L&D Team managed by my leaders is the most competitive team that I know of. I grew to become my full potential as a leader and trainer with their care and expertise. I was exposed to different projects and people that helped me with my interpersonal skills and confidence.

Cons

The salary is not competitive compared to all other companies.
