9yThanks for the review! We know, schedule changes can be quite challenging at times but we'll make sure to provide as early a heads up as we can. With regards to pay, we're always coming out with incentive schemes, commissions to performing employees, and referral rewards to name a few which really is all for you.

9yThanks for the review! In essence you are correct, seasoned employees shouldn't feel threatened when it comes to their job security. These issues hinder themselves, and anyone else from performing and doing their job. With regards to the new employees, could you tell us what happened on site as to how they were "scared away"?
