Pros

The pros would be fair pay, good hours, management wasn't all bad. Adequate training. Wonderful trainer. Fair benefits. Easy to get your job done as long as you put forth the effort.

Cons

The cons: no job security. The program you are on can end and you get a few weeks notice. The upper management have no concern for the employees. The management we worked with daily were not provided the answers to our concerns, although they seemed to try. Seemed like a lot happened behind closed doors yet they aren't permitted to share the information they get. I think the whole atmosphere was so tense the last few weeks because no one knew what would happen. Well, what happened is we all got let go unless you went seasonal with way less pay. Promised bonuses were never given and trying to get answers is impossible.

Pros

Work from home, this is the only pro that I am able to think of as the company really sucks the life right out of you.

Cons

Problems with pay, scheduling, contracts expire and you may not find another position in the company, very low pay

We're sorry your time at TeleTech seemed to be full of challenges. We always say if it's a seasonal post or not and if ever there's been a miscommunication about this, please let us know right away. Shifting schedules have always been a part of the BPO industry ever since but we do our best to give the earliest heads up possible. Still, thanks for the review!

Pros

Good people and advanced technologies provide an environment that demands superior performance and enables people to grow and stretch. The company vision for the future is genuinely exciting.

Cons

The on-boarding, selection and performance management infrastructure is no longer adequate for the pace and scale of the organization today.
